The secret of a perfect coffee or tea lies in the quality of the water used. Spirix CI-20 filters dissolved substances, chlorine and micro-particles from the water, taking the aroma and clarity of your drinks to the highest level. Thanks to RainFlow descaling technology, it protects heating elements operating at high temperatures from limescale, minimising maintenance costs and equipment downtime. With its 20-inch high-capacity premium coconut shell carbon filter and 0.5-micron rating, it removes lead, cysts and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from the water. With its powder-coated steel bracket, 3/8-inch lead-free brass ball valve and pressure gauges, it is fully suited to the demanding conditions of professional kitchens.
RainFlow anti-scale technology
By filtering calcium and magnesium ions, it stops limescale forming inside the machine, extending equipment life and improving energy efficiency.
Barista-quality flavour protection
It removes sand, silt, sediment and rust from the water while preserving the ideal mineral balance; by preventing bitter tastes and chlorine odour in drinks, it provides a neutral, clear water profile.
Lead, cyst and VOC reduction

The water first passes through the 0.5-micron filter, which captures sand, sediment, rust and micro-particles.
