How can I pay by bank transfer / EFT?

After filling in your delivery information completely in your shopping basket, when you click the ‘Place Order’ button in the payment step, you will be directed to the online payment screen to complete your payment. Do you offer a discount if I buy more than one device?

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer discounts for multiple device purchases.

My product's warranty period has expired, I want to buy a new product, do you offer a discount?

You can buy a new model Rainwater product at a discount instead of the old models whose warranty period has expired. Discount rates are updated regularly. I want to try the product before I buy it. Do you send a trial product?

Within how many days can I receive the device(s) I purchased from the website?

Orders received in our system are delivered to our contracted cargo company within 24 hours and shipped. The delivery time of the order may vary depending on the location. Delivery is not made on weekends and public holidays.

My invoice has not arrived, can you send my invoice? I threw away my invoice, can you send my invoice again?

Is it possible to return my device even though I have opened the box?

My device is not working, what can I do?

In case your product does not work or its performance decreases, you can call our customer service and request the product to be taken from you by cargo. Cargo personnel will take the product from you and deliver it to Rainwater Service Centre and the product will be serviced and returned to you as soon as possible. If you wish, you can bring the product to Rainwater Service Centre. You can reach Rainwater Service Centre address from the authorised service points section.

Do I have to pay shipping charges for faulty product delivery?

If you organise the shipment of defective products through our customer service, you do not have to pay any shipping fee.

When I search on the internet, there are many different companies as Rainwater service, how can I know which one is your service?

Information about all our authorised services is available in the support section of our website. Operations performed by unauthorised services and the use of non-original parts may cause serious problems in the products. Please contact us at 444 0 420 for service support.

Is there any chance to extend the warranty of my device?

We currently do not have an extended warranty application.

Are user errors covered by the warranty?

The warranty validity conditions are specified in the relevant section of the user manual and the warranty certificate. Unfortunately, free maintenance/repair service cannot be provided for use contrary to these conditions.

Is the warranty period the same for all devices?

The warranty period in the categories of water treatment devices is 2 + 8 years, and the warranty period for accessories such as faucets is 2 years.

What should I do after the warranty period of my device ends?

Do I have to send you the broken parts?

As fractures are subject to paid repair, you are not obliged to return the old part to us.

How can I find out the status of my device in service?

The cargo company did not arrive, although the reception was created for today, why?

As Rainwater, we organise the pick-up of the products from the customer location with the cargo company. In case of a problem with the pick-up, you can get support by contacting our customer service.

I will be out of town for a long time. Can I leave my water purifier connected to the energy supply?

As Rainwater, we recommend that the product should not be left charging for long periods of time when not in use.

How can I access the (Turkish) user manual of my Rainwater water purifier?

There is a user manual booklet in the product boxes. In case of loss of the booklet, we can ensure that it is sent to you by e-mail by receiving support from our customer service.

Studies say the city's mains water is clean. Why should I worry?

How much sodium is in the water treated by Rainwater?

Very, very little, thanks to Rainwater’s patented system. In any case, every litre of water purified by Rainwater contains less sodium than a slice of white bread. What does the warranty cover?

The product is guaranteed to provide you with a healthy water supply for 10 years (2+8) (as long as the filters are regularly changed at authorised services). Free service is provided against problems you may experience from system connection equipment.

Why do prices vary? There are products in different price ranges!

Of course, as with every product, this product will have cheap prices. There are those used in the Far East or with incomplete filters or small filters. When the capacity of the filter is small, the change time of the filter, the amount of water it gives instantly, the water quality and the warranty period will change accordingly.

Even when buying toys for our children, it is preferred not to be made in the Far East, considering how great the importance of water, the same care will be taken to the water purifier.

How long does the product pay for itself?

Each family has a carboy expense, but packaged water is only used as drinking water. But if you have a water purifier in your kitchen, you will do everything (tea, coffee, food, fruit and vegetable washing) with this clean water and you need to consume at least 1 packaged water per day. This is very costly and unhealthy. Therefore, water purifiers amortises itself in 10-12 months. We should think of water treatment as a piggy bank. Health is the best investment.

How many filter systems? What is in the filters? Are they natural? What does it do?

1st Stage : 5 micron sediment filter; removes all visible dirt, rust and sand particles.

2nd Stage : Carbon block filter; removes 99% of chlorine and organic chemicals. It removes taste, odour and colour. It increases the capacity of the membrane by filtering the water at 1 micron level before the membrane and extends its life.

3rd Stage: UF Membrane filter; It performs microbiological and chemical treatment in water. It is a semi-permeable membrane filter with pores as small as one ten millionth of a millimetre. It filters the water at the molecular level and purifies the microbes, bacteria, heavy metals, minerals that give hardness to water and all harmful substances in the water. It makes the water healthy, soft, mineral balanced.

Stage 4: Alkaline Ph purifies impurities with the help of ceramic filter and makes the water much purer, high quality, healthy and functional.

Can I change the filters easily?

You can change the filters in a very short time. It will be enough to press the button on the filter heads and pull your filter by rotating it. When installing your new filter, you need to rotate it again and insert it into the slot. You can change 3 filters in a short time like 10-15 seconds.

Does the product take up a lot of space?

Are the filters covered under warranty?

No. Filters labelled as consumables are not covered by the warranty. For example: Materials such as vehicle filters, air purification filters, vacuum cleaner filters are renewed for a fee in certain periods. Regular replacement of filters protects the quality of water.

How do I keep track of the filter change time?

Rainwater water purification system thanks to the led light on the tap you will be able to easily monitor the replacement time of your filters. If the light is blue, your filters and your water is healthy, if it is red, you will understand that it is time to change the filters.

What is the filter change frequency of our system? What is the price? Will the device give the same quality water up to 10 years?

Filter change frequency is 9-12 months. Change frequency may be longer or shorter depending on your intensity of use. Since the filter performance may decrease in the period exceeding 1 year, it changes 1 time per year as a standard in order to provide the same quality water.
