The Rainwater NW 800 is built with Made in Belgium engineering to withstand the toughest industrial conditions, mechanically removing suspended solids from water systems. With the highest flow capacity in the range (32 m³/h), this model completely eliminates pressure loss in factories with enormous water consumption. Thanks to its special centrifugal (cyclonic) filtration technology, heavy sediment is separated by centrifugal force; this prevents premature clogging of the filter and maximises maintenance intervals. With its transparent housing and huge filtration surface, it is the most reliable cornerstone of industrial water management.
With an enormous flow capacity of 32 m³/h (32,000 litres/hour), it performs without slowing the water in heavy industrial processes, large building inlets and very large irrigation projects.
The 1288 cm² filter area delays clogging even under the heaviest sediment and contamination loads, offering unrivalled dirt-holding capacity.
Its advanced cyclonic design uses centrifugal force to direct coarse sediment to the bottom of the bowl before it reaches the filter, significantly reducing system load and operating costs.
The filter's condition can be monitored instantly and safely through the transparent housing, without having to stop production lines or water flow.

Pressure loss (bar) by flow rate; shows how much pressure loss the filter causes at each flow rate.

The bowl and filter element can be removed for easy cleaning or replacement.

Sand, mud, rust and sediment carried in mains, well or rainwater wear down plumbing, pumps and downstream purification equipment. The NW 800 is a sediment pre-filter fitted at the water inlet that mechanically traps these solid particles.
For heavy industry, large factories and high-capacity water treatment plants. With a 3” connection, it provides an average flow rate of 32 m³/h.
As water passes through the filter element, the 25-micron pores let the water through and trap larger particles; this is an entirely physical, not chemical, straining process. The multi-layer filter structure holds dirt better even under heavy sediment loads, and the large filtration surface provides high flow and low pressure loss.
On its own, a sediment filter does not remove dissolved chemicals such as chlorine, or microorganisms; for that, it is used as a pre-filter ahead of softening, activated carbon, reverse osmosis and UV systems, protecting them.
It is installed on the water inlet line. The filter element can be cleaned or replaced; you can tell the filter is full when the pressure difference increases and the flow drops. The product is covered by a 2+8 year warranty.

It mechanically traps solid particles in the water such as sand, mud, rust and sediment, protecting the plumbing and downstream purification equipment.
No. A sediment filter only traps solid particles; chlorine requires activated carbon, and microorganisms require UV or reverse osmosis.
With a 3” connection, it provides an average flow rate of 32 m³/h.
As the filter fills up, the pressure difference between inlet and outlet increases and the flow drops; this indicates that it is time for cleaning or replacement.
It is covered by a 2+8 year warranty.
