With its 20″ housing structure, 6-membrane filtration system and integrated pump, it aims to deliver reliable purified water performance in high-demand settings.

  • High daily capacity

With a purification capacity of 1900 L/day, it meets the demands of busy businesses.

  • 6-membrane design

Delivers stable purification performance with a total membrane capacity of 6 x 100 GPD = 600 GPD.

  • 20″ filtration housing system

Provides powerful pre-filtration with 20″ Matt Blue Housings (2 units) and a 20″ Clear Housing (1 unit).

  • Multi-stage filtration

Delivers superior water quality with a 20″ 5 Micron Spun (Sediment) Filter, 20″ GAC Carbon Cartridge Filter (UDF), 20″ Block Carbon Cartridge Filter (CTO) and 12″ Coconut Post Carbon Filter.

Highlights

  • Membrane technology

The pump forces water through the membrane, separating out dissolved substances.

  • Multi-stage pre-filtration

Spun, GAC and block carbon filters protect the membrane.

RO 600 Series 20″ Filtration System

Multi-Layer Hyper Filtration Technology

  1. Through the connection, mains water first reaches the pre-filter, which has 5-micron pores. The job of this high-tech filter is to remove coarse contaminants in the water, i.e. sediment such as dust, sand, algae and insects, down to 5 microns. Even after being thoroughly clarified by the sediment filter, which captures suspended particles and bacteria larger than 5 microns, the water may still contain some microorganisms, dissolved chemicals and minerals.

  2. The water then reaches the block carbon filter. The job of the block carbon filter is to remove organic matter that causes bad taste, odour and colour, as well as chlorine in the water and any gaseous odours. It makes the water better tasting, clearer and odourless. It provides advanced filtration by filtering the water, already filtered down to 5 microns by the sediment filter, to a precision of 1 micron.

  3. Hyper filtration, the heart of the system, has a semi-permeable membrane structure. It operates at a pressure of at least 2.5 atmospheres. Its pores are between 8 and 10 angstroms. Heavy metals such as lead, mercury, nitrate, arsenic and copper that may be dissolved in the water, as well as bacteria, limescale and other chemicals or contaminants, have no chance of passing through the semi-permeable membrane, whose pores are a millionth of a millimetre in size. Only water molecules and anions and cations beneficial to human health pass through this filter.

  4. Finally, on its way from the tank to the tap, the water reaches the alkaline filter, whose performance is doubled by the use of ceramic and coconut shell, to gain flavour. The job of this filter is to remove odour-causing substances, prevent the growth of microorganisms and balance the pH of the drinking water between 8.5 and 9.0. Enriched with silver ions to improve its taste and with a raised alkaline pH level, the water becomes rich in calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, iron, phosphorus and other minerals that nourish our bodies.

Product description

In a staff kitchen, café or canteen, purified water is needed all day for drinking, tea, coffee and ice; under-counter household units cannot keep up with this pace. The RO 600 Series 20″ is an electric reverse osmosis system developed for businesses, with a purification capacity of 1900 litres per day.

Who is the RO 600 Series 20″ suitable for?

For cafés, canteens, staff kitchens, offices, factories and construction sites. It can be used with mains, well and artesian water.

How does it work?

Water first passes through the filters in the 20″ housings: the 5-micron spun (sediment) filter captures sediment, silt and sand; the GAC carbon filter captures chlorine, unpleasant odours and organic compounds; and the block carbon (CTO) filter captures smaller particles and taste and odour problems. The pump then forces the water through the 6 × 100 GPD membranes. In the final stage, a coconut shell post carbon filter refines the taste of the water.

What does it offer in daily use?

  • 1900 litres of purified water per day
  • Less limescale and clearer aroma in tea and coffee machines
  • Clearer ice in ice machines
  • Can be connected to existing water dispensers
  • Quick and easy filter replacement
